Changes to my blog

Maybe it's my aging eyes but there was something about that previous layout that made me dizzy everytime I read my entries. I looked and looked for something a lot simpler but not excessively minimalist (is there such a term?).

I found this new template and I'm really liking it a hundred times more.

I'm staying put!

Sorry for the change if you liked the older layout. I hope you'll learn to like this new one, too.

Stair Storage - cool!

For those of you who are clueless about what to do with that area beneath your staircase...

I'm actually talking to myself here haha. I've been wondering and looking for ways to create more storage space in our modest single-detached home. Space is something we constantly need because we just have too much stuff around. We purge on a regular basis, but end up with the same amount of things in no time.

Our staircase is definitely not this huge and I'm not sure if this is actually doable but I'm planning to show this pic to my Mr. Handyman/Fix-It to get his opinion.
