Mint + Yellow

One of my favorite combinations at the moment. There's a special reason for this but ...

I'm dying inside because I can't say why just yet!!!

They're such happy colors but they're not loud. I don't have a thing against loud shades. I just sometimes like my colors on the subdued side. Arghhhhh. (that's me sounding frustrated because I have to be cryptic)

Okay, after that close call in Glorietta I just had to do something to unfrazzle my nerves (yeah yeah, flimsy excuse!). Those of you who know me well shouldn't wonder what I got for myself to help me achieve my objective hehehe

A recent, long overdue trip to the mall (gosh I haven't seen Power Plant in AGES!) made me realize that this color has indeed become quite popular. I saw several yellow tops in Kamiseta, Bayo (mostly mustard though), Topshop, Dorothy Perkins and even in Plains and Prints.  Yummy yummy yellows are everywhere and I love it!  It's such a perky color, don't you think?
