Frozen Delight inTagaytay

After Neal and I braved the first day of the Zara end-of-season sale in Power Plant, we hurriedly went home to pick up the kids then were off to Tagaytay for my SIL's pre-birthday dinner. My bff warned me to bundle up because the weather could be mean. Boy was she right! I think this is the coldest I can ever stand!
